Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy Summary:
- Return window: Returns can be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- No extra charges: We do not apply restocking or handling fees to approved returns.

Eligibility for returns
A return can be accepted only if the item is sent back unused and in the same condition as received. Tags, labels, and any included packaging should remain intact. Returns cannot be approved for items showing signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear. Requests made after the 30 day period cannot be processed. How to send a return
Email us with your order number, the item you want to return, and a short reason for the return. If there is an issue with the item, include clear photos so we can review it quickly. Once your request is approved, we will reply with the return address and step by step instructions. Please pack the item securely to help avoid damage in transit, ideally using the original parcel. We recommend using a tracked service so you can follow the shipment until it is delivered to the return address. After delivery, we will inspect the return before moving forward with the refund.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your statement after we issue the refund. We will email you once the refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and processing times can vary based on the payment provider.
Exchanges
If you want a different size, model, or variant, email us at support@squarn.com with your exchange request and order details. If the exchange is approved, we will share return instructions. Once the original item is received and checked, we will dispatch the replacement if it is in stock. If the requested option is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Order cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@squarn.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. If processing or dispatch has already started, we may not be able to stop the shipment, and you can then request a return after delivery using the steps above.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, please email support@squarn.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will confirm the next step, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and availability.
