Shipping Policy
Essential Order Information:
- Business day cut off: Orders placed by 2:00 PM EDT on business days move into processing the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EDT are handled from the next business day.
- Processing time: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery estimate: Once dispatched, delivery is completed within 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all United States orders.
How shipping works
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order then enters processing, where we check the order information and prepare the parcel for dispatch. Processing takes 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), and during peak periods it may take slightly longer. When your parcel leaves our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Track your order here.
Transit time is estimated at 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) from the dispatch date. Delivery time can vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier network volume. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the first scan, especially shortly after dispatch.
Delivery partners
We ship within the United States using established carriers. Depending on your address and service availability, your parcel may be delivered by GO₂ Delivery, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment can vary, and the selected carrier will be shown in your tracking details.
If your parcel is delayed
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the latest tracking updates first and allow an additional 2 business days for final delivery attempts. If the parcel still has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and assist.
Order cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@squarn.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. If processing or dispatch has already started, we may not be able to stop the shipment, and you can then request a return after delivery using the steps above.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, please email support@squarn.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will confirm the next step, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and availability.
